All products that bear a government enforced "Best Before" date are marked accordingly.

Cadbury's Chocolate Melting Buttons carry a 12 month BBD. Beyond the BBD chocolate is suitable for eating, however, melting ability may be restricted.

Cream Fillings bear a BBD period of 6 months, however, due to the high sugar content they are generally useable for up to 2 years beyond the BBD. This product will not 'go off' unless foreigh agents are introduced into the jar. Beyond the BBD the flavour will decrease in intensity.

The flavour/colouring agent used in these fillings often separates from the bakers fondant base, to use - remix flavour/colour into the base by heating slightly (full jar = 15-20 seconds on high in an 800 watt microwave - less for emptier jar or stronger microwave)

The peppermint flavour/colours and oils sold are quite strong - when using it is advised that lesser amounts than other flavour/colours and oils are required for the same intensity of aroma.
